This genius was caught doing ... whatever it was that he was trying to do by British Transport police in the North of England. They were less than amused because the hapless three wheeler managed to inflict £6-15k ($9-23k) worth of damage to two barriers. Also, risk of death by flattening.

Isn’t that damage figure an order of magnitude (or closer to two) more than the Reliant is worth? Does that mean the return on investment is high enough to attract Robin-based terrorism?
